- A Completed Residential Lease Application
Incomplete applications will not be processed. Signatures are required.
All persons eighteen (18) years of age or older, including emancipated minors, who will be living in the property to be leased, are required to complete a “Residential Lease Application” in order to be considered by Midwest Metropol Properties and the property owner.
Certain situations may require that applicants submit additional documents for income verification. Please read the section on Income Requirements. - The original and a photocopy of applicant's picture identification.
Photo identification must include the applicant's full name and date of birth. Examples of acceptable forms of ID include a state issues driver's or a non-expired US passport.
(Photo identification is also required in order to attend a property showing.)
